We had to get an insurance policy with only a few days notice of the lapse in coverage on a new property we purchased. My agent of 16 years no longer worked with a company that would insure me, so he recommended I call Goosehead. I called on a Friday at 4:15. Everyone knows it is a longshot that anyone will help you that late in the day on a Friday, but my insurance coverage was going to expire on Monday so I had to give it a shot. I spoke with Marigold, who was very patient and helpful. She took all of my information and told me we would have a quote on Monday. We finished up at 4:45 and she noticed a couple of her agents were still working, on lines with other clients. As soon as one had a free line, she connected us. I spoke with Austin who treated me like he had nothing better to do on Friday at closing than to get an insurance policy for me. I do not remember the last time I had customer service that was this good. He worked with me until 6:30!!! He was determined to get the job done if he possibly could and not have me wait until Monday or Tuesday. My husband and I were in disbelief when we hung up and had a policy in place 3 days early!! I had never even heard of Goosehead before that day, but the obvious training their employees have received to put their customer first stands out. Thank you so much!
