Ms. McGuire was most patience, attentive and understanding regarding my need to obtain vehicle insurance,--as a result of no fault of my own. The DMV Representative semi-processed my request to transfer my DL from NY to TX however, this was impossible at the time and an appointment was scheduled TWO-months away yet she input in the system that I has SURRENDERED my NY license,--when In fact had not and could not until my appointment date 02/27/2023!!!!!!
