Eric did a great job listening to our needs and providing insurance options for us to consider without being pushy. He was very knowledgable and professional when questions were asked about the options and different insurance products presented. Communication/response times were great. With the one “issue” I had, he was able to resolve in a timely manner to our satisfaction. Most importantly, he provided an additional value add in how we now think about insurance compared to how we were thinking about it for the last 20+ years.
