Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Goosehead Insurance is currently seeking an Employee Relations Specialist I to join our team. As an Employee Relations Specialist I, you will play a key role in executing the company’s disciplinary progression plan. You will assist managers with implementing and executing Performance Improvement Plans, disciplinary action, and terminations, in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements. You will also facilitate disciplinary meetings between employees and managers. In addition, you will also identify trends or patterns in disciplinary actions and provide recommendations to management for process improvement.  


Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or HR Intern program completed
  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Legally authorized to work the United States
