Job Summary

A Talent Acquisition Manager will work jointly with recruiters and oversee the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes of future employees. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will also work closely with the leadership team on recruiting strategy and procedures.   

Principal Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Supervise a team of recruiters and drive performance through delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and hiring goals
  • Work closely with recruiters, getting in the trenches as needed, to drive high quality candidates into the organization
  • Coordinate with Account Managers to forecast future hiring needs 
  • Review recruitment software and make suggestions based on company needs 
  • Collaborate with other leaders to enhance employer brand 
  • Contribute to the overall team success in meeting company-wide hiring goals
  • Assist with additional responsibilities such as marketing, social media, administrative duties and agency owner events


Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of high-volume, high- quality recruiting management experience 
  • Proven track record of delivering on hiring goals
  • Legally authorized to work the United States

Compensation Summary

Our compensation package consists of a base salary, based on your experience, and monthly commission. In addition to our starting compensation package, you are eligible for merit-based promotions.
