Starting Your Goosehead Insurance Franchise

1. Initial Inquiry

Start your Goosehead franchise journey with a simple online application. From there, our dedicated team will reach out to discuss the process, answer your questions, and ensure our goals and visions align before moving forward together.

6. Business Planning

Turn your vision into a scalable, actionable business plan with support from key team members like your Franchise Development Regional Manager and Agency Manager. Leverage insights from your Open House, identify market opportunities, set growth milestones, and craft a targeted strategy tailored to your goals.

7. Contract Signing

After your Open House, you’ll move into the contract phase with the full support of your territory manager in addition to the advice of your personal advisors. Together, you’ll finalize your agreement, and once it’s signed and the franchise fee is paid, you’re officially part of the Goosehead family. From there, we’ll get you trained and set up for success, so you can start building your future.

8. Launch

Your franchise journey starts with hands-on training to prepare you to run your business successfully. We provide everything you need, from mastering operations and connecting with clients to creating marketing strategies.
