Brady Houska was VERY PROFESSIONAL, AFFABLE, and PATIENT. I never felt like I was another "number" or "contract" (even though that's technically the case). He DEFINITELY made me feel as if I was the only customer he was helping. :-) I didn't have a similar experience with my last insurer.
