Derick was awesome. He found us the policies we needed and was professional and thorough.

He was extremely persistent ( in a good way) to help achieve what we wanted and when we weren’t sure about it he continued to follow up and made things the way we wanted to make sure we were able to for sure be confident in our policy and choice. Great people skills and very easy to communicate and talk with.

Because that is how I felt. This field should not be required if the response is 9 or above. Now I am wasting my time justifying a positive experience, which, are you ready for this.... makes my experience less positive. Add an if statement a few lines of code long that removes the "required" tag on this input if "9" or "very likely" was selected. For $2,500 I will do this for you, or you can have your own people do it, I don't care, just get it done.

In this age of impersonal online business it gives me peace of mind to know that I have a real person helping to look out for my financial well being. In my opinion a company is only as good as the people they choose to represent them. I'm glad I have Derick Cooper as my agent.

Quickest service I’ve ever received from an insurance company

Derick provided a level of customer service that is rare these days! We were told at the eleventh hour before closing that we needed flood insurance. He worked well beyond normal business hours to get this done so that we could close the following afternoon. I am new to Goosehead, so I do not have enough experience with your products to really recommend them BUT because of Derick’s amazing work ethic I WILL recommend him!
