Meg Herman, located in Hilton Head Island, SC, worked at her family’s independent agency and years later continues to build a legacy that spans generations. She made the switch to Goosehead in 2018 because she was drawn to the company’s sales-focused model.

After being part of a family-owned independent agency, Meg knows how difficult it is to recruit and manage a service team, secure and maintain insurance appointments, audit commission income from multiple carriers, and leverage technology demands.
