Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Goosehead Insurance is currently seeking a Leave Administrator I to join our team. As a Leave Administrator I, you will develop, implement, and maintain leave policies and procedures while ensuring such policies are compliant with applicable federal, state, and local leave regulations (FMLA, ADA, etc). You will be responsible for reviewing and processing employee leave and accommodation requests, while verifying and ensuring accurate documentation is provided. You will also ensure you are communicating leave and accommodation policies to employees and leadership.

A successful candidate will be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee leave balances, while tracking and documenting all leave transactions. Active communication with Payroll is paramount to ensure accurate timekeeping and absence reporting. You will also participate in the development and implementation of leave and accommodation initiatives by analyzing processes and suggesting improvements for efficiency.


Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or HR Intern program completed
  • 0-1 years of experience
