Attend a 2-week virtual MBA Incentive Program training program
Complete the MBA Incentive Program training to receive your launch fund
Attend two-week agency owner training (one week in-person at Westlake HQ)
It’s more than training—It’s a launchpad. Our 2-week program gives you hands-on experience and the advantage of a deferred franchise fee and launch fund as you prepare to launch your own agency.
You’ll complete 2 weeks of virtual training. After graduation you will attend a 2-week on-site training where you’ll launch your own franchise, backed by our tech, training, and support infrastructure.
You must complete the 2-week virtual training program, and successfully finish a capstone project before you can begin the launch process.
During the 2-week virtual training, you'll master insurance essentials, develop a business plan, and conclude with a capstone presentation to showcase your readiness.
After signing the Franchise Agreement, you’ll want to focus on obtaining your property and casualty license and forming an entity.

Yes. We help guide you through the licensing process before you begin training. Most people complete licensing within 2–3 weeks, and our Onboarding team will support you throughout.

You will be paired with an agency manager who will mentor you, guiding you through the ins and outs of insurance and your market.
