Mr. Jones is a co-founder of the company and has served as Chief Executive Officer since inception in 2003. Under his leadership, Goosehead has grown to be counted among the largest and fastest-growing personal lines insurance brokers in the country. Prior to joining the company, he was a Senior Partner and Director of Bain & Company, the global management consulting firm. Earlier in his career, he worked in the audit and mergers-and-acquisitions practice groups for Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Colby joined Goosehead Insurance in 2006, was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and served in that role from 2010 to 2014. He was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2011 and then promoted to President and COO in 2016. Mr. Colby has led the franchise operations of the company since 2011, driving Goosehead’s exponential growth and expansion into several states. Earlier in his career, Mr. Colby worked with KPMG in their audit practice. He holds a B.B.A in Accounting and an M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University.
Mr. Colby has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2016 and currently oversees Goosehead’s internal and external financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, payroll/401(k)/ESPP administration, treasury function, and investor relations. Mr. Colby joined Goosehead in 2012 as Manager of Strategic Initiatives, where he worked on Information Systems platform development and migration, real estate planning, business diversification initiatives, and oversaw the Quality Control/Risk Management function. Prior to joining Goosehead Insurance, Mr. Colby worked in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services and Audit service lines from 2009 to 2012. He graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2009 with a B.B.A. in Accounting and a M.S. in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Langston joined Goosehead Insurance in 2014 as Vice President and General Counsel. He is responsible for overseeing all legal activity, regulatory compliance, human resources, geographic expansion, and serves as Goosehead’s Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Goosehead, Mr. Langston was an attorney with Strasburger & Price, LLP where he represented businesses in commercial litigation and arbitration, employment issues, and real estate transactions. He holds an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.
Ms. Challis joined Goosehead Insurance in 2021 as Chief Marketing Officer. She is responsible for Marketing and Public Relations, focused on building the Goosehead brand and our digital engagement platform. Ann brings to Goosehead 25 years of marketing leadership and expertise in the financial services industry. She spent the past five years in the fintech space as the Head of Marketing for Elevate and Credible. Prior to that, Ann led growth marketing teams at Blackrock, Wells Fargo, CSAA, Providian Financial and MBNA. Ann holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Loyola University Maryland.
Mr. Burks joined Goosehead Insurance in 2006 serving in both risk management and technology roles. He was promoted to Director of Risk Management in 2013, transitioned to Director of Information Systems in 2015, and now serves as Chief Information Officer. Mr. Burks is a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder and Sharing & Visibility Designer. He has led Goosehead’s development of this platform since its implementation in 2009 and also holds DocuSign for Salesforce and Dell Boomi Integration Developer I certifications. Mr. Burks graduated from Baylor University in 2003 with a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems.
Mr. Colby joined Goosehead Insurance as an account executive in 2007 and currently serves as Vice President of Agency Sales and Support. He is responsible for overseeing the onboarding, training, and ongoing franchise support functions of the business. In his 14 years with Goosehead, he has helped lead efforts in the growth, development, and expansion of Goosehead’s agent force across both the corporate and franchise distribution channels. Prior to Goosehead Mr. Colby obtained a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University where he majored in Political Science.
Ms. Bailey serves as Vice President of Business Development for Goosehead Insurance. She joined Goosehead in 2011 to launch the franchise division of the firm. Goosehead has since grown to over 1600 franchise locations in over 30 states. She has been involved in new franchise development; building out national sales teams; managing companywide recruiting, training and development; and supporting investor relations. She has over 20 years of sales and management experience including retail, advertising, and software. Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Megan graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications.
Mr. Delavan joined Goosehead as an Account Executive in 2005, was promoted to Sales Manager in 2007, Partner and Director in 2010, and now serves as Vice President of Corporate Sales. He leads the strategic growth and development of the company's high-octane Corporate Sales teams located in Irving, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, Charlotte, Denver, Las Vegas and Chicago. Mr. Delavan has been involved in recruiting, training and developing top talent; geographic expansion; and supporting Goosehead’s network of franchise owners. A third generation Longhorn, Mr. Delavan attended the University of Texas where he graduated Cum Laude with a Major in Finance and Minor in Accounting.
Mr. Moxley serves as Vice President of Service Delivery for Goosehead Insurance. He joined the company from Transcom Global, an international BPO company, where he was Director of Service Delivery for North America, having oversight for a service operations team spanning four service centers and two countries. Prior to Transcom, Mr. Moxley worked with Alorica, another global BPO firm, where he was a key contributor to their expansion strategy, growing operations to over 3,000 agents in five centers. Earlier in his career Mr. Moxley spent more than 10 years leading various sales and service teams for AT&T. Mr. Moxley has over 13 years of experience in scaling service operations and driving client satisfaction.
Mr. Pattillo joined Goosehead Insurance in 2009 as an Account Executive and was the first inductee into Goosehead’s President’s Club. In 2014, he was promoted to Sales Manager and then to Managing Director in 2016. While in sales, Brian worked closely with the technology group to develop the real estate transaction database, the comparative rating platform, as well as many other technology initiatives. He now serves as Vice President, driving the innovation efforts across Goosehead by interfacing between each business function and the technology group. Prior to joining Goosehead, Brian received his BBA in Business Administration and MS in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
Mr. Farrell joined Goosehead Insurance in 2020 as Vice President, Capital Markets. He is responsible for leading the company’s Investor Relations and Public Relations efforts. Dan has over 19 years of experience in the insurance sector. Prior to joining Goosehead, he was Head of Investor Relations for Marsh & McLennan Companies and Head of Strategy for Mercer. Dan spent much of his career as sell-side equity analyst covering the insurance sector for 16 years. He graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in Economics.
Mr. Jones joined Goosehead in 2016 as Controller and was promoted to Vice President – Finance in 2020. Mr. Jones made significant contributions in strengthening the finance function leading up to and following the company’s initial public offering. Mr. Jones currently oversees Goosehead’s SEC reporting, financial planning and analysis, and payroll functions. Prior to joining Goosehead, Mr. Jones worked in Ernst & Young’s Audit practice, primarily focused on financial services companies. Mr. Jones graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and a M.S. in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Menuey joined Goosehead as Product & Training Manager in 2014 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2018. Lauren manages our product portfolio, carrier relationships, state expansion, and works with our department heads and carrier partners to manage sustainable, profitable growth. Prior to Goosehead, Lauren spent 11 years on the carrier side of the business, in claims and sales. Most recently Lauren managed the largest sales territory in the country for Progressive Insurance, and was responsible for agency development, profitability, recruiting, and training. Lauren received her B.L.A.S. in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Mr. Roberts joined Goosehead Insurance in 2021 as Managing Director & Senior Counsel. In this role, he is responsible for supporting all aspects of the company’s regulatory compliance, including corporate and securities matters. Prior to joining Goosehead, he was a partner in the Corporate, Securities and M&A group at a large global law firm and an independent business law firm. Nathan earned his Petroleum Engineering, B.S. from Montana Tech in 2004 and his LL.B from Dalhousie University in 2007.
Ms. Burbank-Ach joined Goosehead Insurance in 2006 as the first Service Agent and has advanced to a Managing Director position. In this role, she works closely with the service division of Goosehead. In her 14 years at Goosehead, Amber has worked diligently on attracting, retaining and developing top talent, with a focus on technological advances for our service team while supporting our network of corporate sales and franchise sales team. Prior to joining Goosehead, Amber was a District Event Coordinator and Human Resource Associate for a national retail chain. Amber graduated from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University, earning a BBA in both Entrepreneurship and Management.
Mr. Giannini joined Goosehead Insurance in 2012 as the Manager of IT. His primary responsibilities included implementing a new contact center phone system that would allow Goosehead to grow and manage their service center along with overseeing their infrastructure, Information Systems and day to day helpdesk duties. He continues to work on development and deployment of technologies and infrastructure that allow Goosehead to be nimble in today’s environment. He was promoted to Director of Information Technology in 2019 and he continues to evolve our infrastructure to meet tomorrow’s needs. Prior to joining Goosehead, he worked for Bain & Company for almost 16 years where he worked as Manager of Information Technology overseeing their Dallas, Houston, and Mexico City offices. Mr. Giannini graduated from the University of North Texas in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising. He has a CISM certification and got his CISSP certification in 2005.
Ms. Johnson joined Goosehead Insurance in 2012 as the first Franchise Sales Territory Manager and helped build the Goosehead franchise division to where it is today. In 2015, she was promoted to Regional Manager and then to Managing Director in 2018. In her 9 years at Goosehead, Jordan has been a significant contributor to the consistent acceleration of national franchise growth. Her responsibilities today include the recruitment, training and development of the Franchise Sales team. Ms. Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Business at The University of Iowa where she majored in Marketing with a minor in Human Relations.
Mr. Olsen is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our agent development programs for both new and tenured agents in the franchise and corporate channels. As Goosehead’s most tenured sales agent, beginning in 2005, Mr. Olsen spent 15 years developing best practices in organization, time management, and sales process, leading him to create the largest book of organically grown business of any agent in the organization, and helping Goosehead stay on the cutting edge of marketing and sales process best practices. Mr. Olsen attended Brigham Young University and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Marketing.
Mr. Sinclair joined Goosehead as an Account Executive in 2013 and qualified for Goosehead’s President’s Club in 2014, 2015 and 2016. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 2014 and to Managing Director in 2018. As Managing Director, Mr. Sinclair is responsible for the performance of the Houston Market. In his 8 years with Goosehead, Mr. Sinclair has been involved with many aspects of the business, including recruiting, training and development, and supporting Goosehead’s network of franchise owners across the country. Prior to joining Goosehead, Jared received his BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
Ms. Jordan joined Goosehead Insurance in 2010 as an Account Executive. In her 11 years at Goosehead, she has been an integral leader in the growth of our corporate agent sales team. Ms. Jordan currently serves as Managing Director, overseeing all university recruitment efforts, positioning Goosehead as a top career choice for college graduates. Prior to her role in recruiting, Julia played a key marketing role in the early development of the Goosehead brand. Ms. Jordan graduated from Texas A&M University’s business school with a degree in Marketing.
Marissa Brumbeloe joined Goosehead in 2012 as a sales manager and quickly seized the opportunity to redefine our marketing strategy. Over the past few years she has played a key role in creating and managing our Referral Partner program. In 2017, she was promoted to Director of Business Development and is responsible for building our brand within the real estate and mortgage industries. As a partner at the company, Marissa is very involved in the training and development of our sales agents. She is originally from North Carolina and graduated from Campbell University with a Major in Business Management and minor in Marketing.
Chase Anderson, Managing Director of Franchise Sales, has spent nearly a decade growing Goosehead’s franchise business to over 1500 franchise locations across 40 states. In his 8 years at Goosehead, Mr. Anderson has been involved in several areas of the business including new franchise development, building out national sales & recruiting teams, training and development, and supporting investor relations. Prior to Joining Goosehead, he had over 6 years of sales and management experience including retail, international trade and digital media. Mr. Anderson obtained a Bachelor of Science at Texas Tech University where he studied Economics, Financial Planning and Institutional Management.
Ms. Bibbs joined Goosehead Insurance in 2011 as one of our first licensed service agents. Over her 10 years at Goosehead, Ms. Bibbs’ played a critical role in the growth and expansion of our service department. In 2016, she successfully opened our first out of state corporate office and satellite service center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Promoted to Managing Director in 2017, Shana continues to lead key service teams and is responsible for recruiting and development of our top service talent. Ms. Bibbs obtained a Bachelor of Science at Arkansas State University where she majored in Psychology with a minor in Speech.
Mr. Hunt joined Goosehead Insurance in 2010 as an Account Executive and is now a Managing Director. In this role, he is primarily responsible for the geographic expansion of the organization. In his 11 years at Goosehead, Mr. Hunt has been a top sales performer, opened new markets, built teams, recruited top talent across the country, and supported Goosehead’s rapidly growing network of franchise owners. Prior to joining Goosehead, he obtained his BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
Mr. Conway joined Goosehead Insurance in 2009 as an Account Executive, became a Sales Manager in 2013 and was inducted into Presidents Club in 2014. Currently, he is a Managing Director responsible for strategic initiatives in both our corporate and franchise sales channels. Over the past 12 years, Jason has been an influential leader in sales, recruiting and training top talent including agency development . Mr. Conway graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a major in Marketing and Management and an MBA.
Ms. Baima joined Goosehead Insurance in 2010 and currently serves as Managing Director of the Risk Management department. Over the past 10 years, Erin has played a pivotal role in scaling the department while protecting the agency from risk in increasingly progressing leadership roles. She has also been an integral player in our program to develop future leaders for the organization. In 2018, Erin earned her Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation which further enhanced her passion for risk prevention. Ms. Baima graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Spanish.
Ms. Wagner joined Goosehead Insurance in 2013 and is a Managing Director responsible for agent support operations. Over the past 8 years, Marisa has been vital in building the infrastructure that has enabled Goosehead’s rapid scale and growth. Her previous sales and service experience provided valuable insight to later build technology-enhanced training programs, innovative systems solutions and database designs, and effective ongoing support offerings. In addition, Marisa recently led Goosehead’s Women’s Professional Development program. Ms. Wagner obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Texas A&M University.
Mr. Stella joined Goosehead Insurance in 2010 and is Managing Director of sales in Central Texas. He is responsible for the growth of corporate sales in Austin and San Antonio, as well as providing support for our agency partners. In his 11 years at Goosehead, Mr. Stella has worked in Dallas and Houston as an Account Executive, managed sales teams in Houston, and opened our corporate office in Austin in 2014. During that time he was also heavily involved in talent acquisition and supporting the growth of our agency channel. Prior to joining Goosehead he attended Texas A&M University, where he earned a B.B.A in Marketing, with a minor in Psychology.
Mr. Rogas is a Managing Director for Goosehead Insurance. His widespread involvement in the organization extends to Corporate Sales, recruiting, training & development, and the Franchise Channel. He joined Goosehead in 2014 as an Account Executive, qualified for President’s Club in 2016, and founded The Woodlands Corporate Office in 2017. Prior to joining Goosehead, Drew graduated with a Finance degree from Texas A&M.

Mark E. Jones
Robyn Jones is the co-founder of Goosehead and has served as a Director and Vice Chairman of the board of directors since March 2018. While she has retired from active management roles, she continues to serve on our board. She was selected to our board of directors because of her role in founding the company, the Jones family’s position as our largest shareholder, and her unique role in establishing and maintaining our company culture. She is also the grandmother of the company’s namesake, Lucy “Goosehead” Langston.
Mr. Lane has served on our board since March 2018. He previously spent 12 years at Bain & Company, where he was a Partner and led the Dallas and Mexico City offices as well as the oil and gas practice. Mr. Lane was an Operating Partner with TPG Global and CEO of Axip Energy Services. Mr. Lane has served on the boards of Petro Harvester, Taylor Morrison Homes and FleetPride and has been a senior advisor to Altamont Capital Partners. Mr. Lane holds a BS in physics from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom and an MBA from the Wharton School. Mr. Lane was selected to our board of directors because he brings extensive experience in business operations, finance and corporate governance.
Mark Miller has served on our board since March 2018. He has served as CFO of Sabre, L.H.P. Hospital Group, Active Network, Marketo and Finastra. At Sabre, he held multiple operating and finance positions and was instrumental in the company’s initial IPO and its subsequent $5 billion privatization transaction. Early in his career, Mr. Miller worked for Ernst and Young, LTV Corporation, and Hertz Corporation. Mr. Miller has an Accounting degree from Texas Tech University and an MBA in Finance from Rice University. He is a licensed CPA in Texas. Mr. Miller was selected to our board of directors because he brings extensive experience in business operations, finance and accounting.
James “Rusty” Reid has served on our board since March 2018. He has worked at Ramey, King, & Minnis Insurance Agency, American General Fire & Casualty Company, and at Higginbotham Insurance Agency, Inc. as Chairman, CEO and President. Under his leadership, Higginbotham has become a leading Texas independent commercial insurance broker. Mr. Reid is a member of Independent Insurance Agents of Texas and the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers. He serves as Chairman of the Finance and Facilities Committee and on the Board of Regents of the University of North Texas System. Mr. Reid holds a BS in Business Administration/Insurance from the University of North Texas and is a Certified Insurance Counselor.
