The insurance agent who worked with us was the first one to reach out to us regarding preparing a quote for homeowner insurance we needed for a house we were purchasing. He prepared a quote and called us to explain the policy and answer any questions we had. Although the quote prepared was not the least expensive, he explained the items in his quote and explained how he came up with the quote for the services we need.

I got a policy when I needed one. It took a long time to finally get it. The phone number on the docu sign is my landline, so I have not been able to sign the docu sign because they want to send a text. I have no way of changing the phone number. I am waiting for someone to change the phone number or add a choice to change it with my cell phone number. I called Citizens and the guy I talked to told me I could pay my premium, which I did right in front of him on the phone, he said my payment went through, but then I got a note saying my payment did not go through. I hope I can create an account tomorrow, when the policy takes effect, and can pay my bill. It has been very exhausting getting this policy.
