About The Job:

While working closely with senior management, the primary responsibility of a Commissions Processor is to support our Finance Department. Your main duties include:

· Commission Accounting

· Reconciling commission statements received from carriers

· Formatting commission statements

· Reconciling carrier payments

· Assist team in meeting commission deadlines

· Premium Trust Accounting

· Monthly Account Reconciliations

· Credit Card & E-check Reconciliations

· Finance Request Inquires

· Expense Report Reviews

· Special projects that may arise

About You:

With the goal of becoming the number one distributor of personal lines insurance, Goosehead is looking for future leaders who will bring the passion and grit it will take to accomplish these goals. Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

· Extremely detailed oriented

· Ability to handle high volume processing with little to no errors

· Intermediate/Advanced excel skills

· Mature & Self motivated

· Ability to process with little to no errors

· Dependable/Time management skills

· Coachable

· Ability to work & meet deadlines without being micromanaged
