Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Creative Project Manager who will work with marketers, designers, UX professionals, clients, and agency/vendor partners to manage each project’s objectives and support the entire lifecycle of each marketing creative engagement. The Project Manager must develop a deep understanding of the client’s marketing objectives and goals. He or she will manage projects, traffic and access resources needed for on time delivery and client satisfaction. The Project Manager helps coordinate internal resources and outside vendors to deliver projects according to each engagement’s defined scope. He or she is also responsible for leading activities like project coordination/management, capacity planning, prioritization, legal routing and responding to marketing and creative requests. 


Principal Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables to meet the needs of the client.
  • Develop and manage project schedules with the client and creative resources to exceed client expectations.
  • Select, administer, and maintain project management software e.g., Monday.com
  • Develop capacity planning and prioritization tools.
  • Coordinate invoicing and billing from 3rd party vendors including agency partners.
  • Coordinate agency/vendor check in calls.
  • Coordinate project expectations with third party vendors including designers, copywriters, photographers, printers, UX designers, web developers, and videographers.
  • React to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development of the marketing and creative teams through creative brief writing, presenting, and archiving assets.
  • Manage and organize large quantities of files and projects, ability to increase throughput and efficiency. 
  • Legal and compliance routing when necessary.


Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 6-8 years project manager experience in a marketing creative environment including traffic routing, capacity planning and prioritization.
  • Proven track record of project management within marketing, creative teams and driving bottom line results.

  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience with using standard office-based software including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite to make minor changes if necessary.
