About the Job
The primary responsibility of a Quality Analyst Administrative Associate is:
- Manage select company reports
- Process inbound cases
- Perform service case audits
- Review and package outgoing mail
- Keen eye for detail, ability to maintain high level of efficiency while sustaining high level of accuracy
Having prior work experience in a fast-paced environment and being proficient (reading, writing, and conversing) in a secondary language, specifically Spanish are a plus. You should also:
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong intellectual ability
- Have a passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership
- Have a college degree or have relevant previous business experience
- Show evidence of organizational and multitasking abilities
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
The Quality Analyst Administrative Associate plays an integral part in the overall risk management strategy of the company and seeks to ensure the reduction of Errors & Omissions exposure. The position is a great opportunity for anyone who can independently manage their time, easily influence others, and has an eye for detail.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week in a fast paced, high-growth environment.
