About the Job

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Investigative Problem Solving, full review and analysis of all new business portfolios issued
• Facilitating world class protection by working closely with sales partners, service agents, and training team associates
• High Level Trend Observation, monitoring a variety of metrics to ensure adherence to best practices, and recommend areas of improvement
• Work in team environment to develop processes and strategies contributing to overall company success and growth
• Managing personal development by hitting required processing and auditing goals, and taking on additional responsibilities as needed

About You

We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Demonstrated attention to detail, problem solving skills, and willingness to be at cause
• Prior analyst/risk management experience preferred
