Mike is great. I like when people know what they're doing and they're thorough. I don't know what I don't know and I need someone to give me all the info so I can make an informed decision. Full disclosure...I am a first time homebuyer and I have no clue what I'm doing! Mike made sure I understood the process and that I actually knew what coverage I was getting with home insurance. He went line by line with me (TWICE!) on the home insurance quote and then later the auto insurance. He answered all my newbie questions and didn't make me feel dumb about it. Mike made this step of the home buying process a little less overwhelming for me.. I really appreciate that.

The agent I secured prior to purchasing the insurance was due to the agents location. He was not far from where I now live. Since Anthony Roy fell off the face of the earth and is now MIA I have a new agent which is located near the Galleria area. I used to work in that area and know exactly how far it is from where I am. Soon after my inspection I was told that I would be cancelled after a year due to issues with my home I just bought. I paid over $1000.00 for a home inspection and these, so called, "issues". Were not an issue when it was inspected.If they were I would have had the seller address them accordingly. Anthony was also going to assist me in writing a letter to a previous insurance company for an issue I had, which is now not going to happen.
