Job Summary

Our Franchise Development team takes pride in helping small business owners build successful agencies and achieve their professional and financial goals. We are seeking a highly collaborative, strategic, and self-motivated, Business Development Manager to join our team. Ideal candidates for this role are confident, ambitious self-starters seeking to showcase their potential and who want to add value to the company. As a Business Development Manager, you will manage the Business Development Representatives and will be responsible for coaching/developing the BDRs to exceed daily KPIs and meet monthly business unit objectives.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Coaching/developing the BDRs and continuous learning/training of the BDRs
  • Outbound prospecting of potential new Franchise Owners
  • Training and Onboarding 

 

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree, 3.0 GPA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience 
  • Legally authorized to work the United States


Required Skills and Abilities

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication Skills
  • Experience in B2B or B2C Sales or related college major.
  • Networking abilities 
  • Problem-solving skills, Coachability, Grit & Perseverance
