It's not often people take my time seriously. Most people just want something from me and they are too nearsighted and only focus on their job not necessarily on the customer. Suffice to say I get pissed easily, and I'm not easy to work with before being pissed off by the overall lack of concern most have. Tony worked very hard and was superb. I wish other people were as nice as he was.
