I didn't give a high score because Jonah is my friend. I didn't tell family, friends, & coworkers, and make a post because I know him.
I did all that because even with a lapse in my insurance (from an autopay failure/card rejection I wasn't aware of with my last insurer) Jonah managed to save me just over 47% on my monthly bill.
Jonah is knowledgeable, capable, and most importantly deeply caring. He wants to get the customer the best possible rate on the best coverage to suit their individual needs. He wants the customer to understand the options and coverages, and is really good at making real-world comparisons that cut through the legalese that is a wall to so many people.
I'll be finding all of my insurance policy needs through Jonah because of the excellent service he provides.
