I had Brian as my agent several years ago and when the day came that I had to file a claim he was right there. I lost my furbaby in that fire and was devastated. I cannot express how much it meant when he showed up with a plant and offered his personal condolences for my loss. It is something that I have never forgotten nor will I ever forget.
