He was very thorough. Gave me time to think about all my options. Did a great job communicating and exceeded my expectations.
Kyle did amazing and was able to beat the other rates and gave us a discount when the umbrella fluctuated. It allowed it to be the same as the umbrella we were comparing it to.
The only thing i don’t like is there was a fee, so that makes me hesitant to tell others. Our last broker didn’t have a fee.
