My account executive ( Kade Russell)went above and beyond in helping me find great insurance at a great price. He was super responsive, and he did something that has never been done in all of my years of buying insurance. He went over all of the details with me and explained my coverage so that now I really understand what I have purchased.
Then, he handled all of the paperwork including informing my mortgage company. Two hours after I had signed my application, my mortgage company sent me an email letting me know they had received all of my new insurance documents.
