Although not happy with the pricing I truly feel like Will did the best he could given my circumstances. I called him on Friday and he called me back on Sunday because he knew I needed to get something set up ASAP. I called/emailed several independent brokers in the area last week and Will is the ONLY one that delivered as promised. Customer service as it should be unfortunately many don’t put forth the effort these days. I feel good about my decision knowing I signed up with someone who does!

My agent is PHENOMENAL!!! I got pulled over a couple days ago in North Carolina while I was hauling a load. DMV had not yet updated my license back to active. I called my agent and asked him to check with progressive to make sure theybhad sent over the paperwork. By the time the officer came back to my truck everything was updated at DMV and my license was showing active.
